What comes in a starter kit?+

Screw-in anchors, the 28″ Metal T-Bar install handle, Hi-Vis yellow tensioners, pre-cut olive drab webbing, and an instruction sheet in English and Spanish.

Do you ship outside the continental United States?+

As of now we only ship to the continental United States. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Is shipping really free?+

Yes, all items ship free to the continental United States.

How does shipping work?+

Shipping rates are calculated by weight, destination, and selected method. Orders of $2,000.00 net or more ship via free LTL freight.

Can I buy direct from Twister?+

Twister sells through a distributor network. Use the Find a Distributor page and we’ll route you to the closest seller, or contact us for distributor inquiries.

Are the components reusable?+

Yes. Once a tree is established, twist the anchors out with the T-Bar, inspect the webbing and tensioners, and redeploy them on the next planting.

Policies

Warranty & Returns.

Twister Tie Down™ products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Every component is manufactured and assembled in the United States, and we stand behind all of it. If a Twister component fails under normal installation and use, contact us and we'll make it right.

For returns, contact our team within 30 days of purchase. Unused product in original packaging is eligible for a full refund; purchases made through a distributor are subject to the distributor's return process, and we're happy to help coordinate.
